TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: April 2026

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NEWORKX platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users including job seekers, candidates, employers, fleet operators, training providers, cohort partners, and agency-referred participants.

 

2. Services

NEWORKX connects employers with pre-screened, verified workers across multiple industries. Services include verified worker matching, workforce cohort and pipeline programs, background checks, license and credential verification, and access to our verified worker pool. NEWORKX does not guarantee employment, placement, or program completion.

 

3. Employer Terms

Employers agree to use worker and candidate data for lawful hiring purposes only, comply with all applicable federal and state employment laws, and handle background check results in accordance with FCRA requirements. NEWORKX supports hiring decisions but is not responsible for final outcomes.

 

4. Candidate Terms

Candidates must provide accurate information, consent to background checks and credential verification, and maintain valid licenses or certifications as applicable. Misrepresentation of qualifications will result in removal from the platform.

 

5. Cohort & Pipeline Program Terms

Employers and training partners participating in NEWORKX cohort or classroom pipeline programs agree to use the program for lawful workforce development purposes, comply with state-approved training requirements, and not misrepresent program outcomes to candidates or partners.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@neworkx.com within 72 hours of enrollment, provided no services have been accessed. Once platform access, verification services, cohort setup, or any program-related activity has begun, services are considered delivered and are non-refundable.

 

7. Data Sharing & Consent

By using NEWORKX, you authorize the sharing of relevant verification and compliance data with authorized partners, including employers, training providers, workforce agencies, and courts, for legitimate purposes. Data is never sold to advertisers or third parties.

 

8. User Responsibilities

All users must provide accurate information and refrain from fraudulent or disruptive behavior. NEWORKX may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or non-compliance.

 

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

NEWORKX provides services as-is and makes no warranties of outcome. NEWORKX is not an employer, staffing agency, or placement guarantee service and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, GA.

 

11. Updates

NEWORKX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance. Current version always available at www.neworkx.com/disclaimer-privacy-notice.
