Your data is used to match workers with employers, conduct verifications, build workforce pipelines, track compliance, follow up on inquiries, and improve platform performance.

 

3. Candidate Privacy

NEWORKX treats all candidate data with strict confidentiality. Your background check results, identity documents, license information, and personal details are never shared publicly or sold. Candidate profiles are only presented to employers actively hiring for roles that match your verified credentials. You may withdraw from the verified pool at any time by contacting info@neworkx.com. Upon request, your data will be removed from active matching within 5 business days.

 

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with authorized partners including employers, training providers, workforce agencies, and courts for legitimate hiring and compliance purposes. We never sell or rent your data to advertisers or third parties.

 

5. Background Check & Verification Data

Employers and partners receiving background check or credential verification data must handle it in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and all applicable employment laws.

 

6. Cohort & Pipeline Program Data

Participants in NEWORKX cohort programs consent to sharing of relevant training progress, credential status, and verification results with participating employers and state-approved training partners for placement purposes.

 

7. Lead & Inquiry Data

Information submitted through LinkedIn, Facebook, or any NEWORKX inquiry form is stored securely and used solely to follow up on workforce and verification inquiries. It is never shared with or sold to third parties.

 

8. Security

All data is encrypted and stored securely. Access is restricted to authorized NEWORKX staff and verified partners under confidentiality agreements.

 

9. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting info@neworkx.com. We respond within 30 days.

 

10. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and tools including Facebook Pixel to improve platform performance and advertising. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
